Trademark Registration
Safeguard your trademark and reputation
Trademark Stands For The
Reputation Of Your Company
A company must have a company name, and a trademark is equivalent to a company's business card. Once a trademark is registered, it can protect the company and related interests from being abused. Using the goods and services of the trademark is equivalent to owning the exclusive right to use the trademark.
If it is found that someone misappropriates your company's trademark, no matter whether it is used to earn any profit or not, it is an illegal act of violating your company's rights and interests. However, if the trademark has not been registered, it is impossible to prove who the trademark holder belongs to, and it is difficult to pursue it. In order to protect the interests of the company's long-term development, trademark registration should be settled as soon as possible.
Before submitting the registration information, you should look into it and take a review, such as whether the design is sufficiently recognizable, whether a trademark can distinguish its goods and services, whether it is a common language or term in the industry, whether it is the same or similar to other trademarks.
When a company applies for trademark registration, it only needs to submit the company registration certificate, application form and the trademark design. It takes 4-8 months from the date of filing the application, and a successfully registered trademark is valid for 10 years. If renewal is required, an application for renewal can be made 6 months before the expiration of the validity period, and the renewal period is 10 years.
